This surgery aims to restore the eyelids to normal shape by removing the wrinkles of the skin and modify the eyelid dilution caused by the increased thickness of the skin, and also aims to remove fatty bags under the eyelid. It is performed under local anesthesia and surgical wound hidden in the skin folds in the upper eyelid and in the bottom of the eyelids under the lashes which cannot be seen after the wound healing.
